Our recruitment and selection process is fair, ethical and thorough. Every driver undertakes a face to face registration and interview. This comprehensive process includes the drivers work eligibility, relevant testing specific to the driving industry, thorough pre-screen and formal interview. All drivers are referenced and quality controlled by a manager before being used on an assignment.
At Mainstay we appreciate that many of our driving clients have nuances that make their operation different to others’. We make it our job to know and understand this, so we can tailor our recruitment for each of our clients. If a driver doesn’t show for work we will be on hand to support you whatever the time of day.
