Mainstay are working with a Facilities Management Service Provider who are looking for a Project Manager for key sites in the south.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with stability and who invest in their staff. They are looking for a PM who has a background delivering M&E projects from cradle to grave.

Role :

• In this role you will be delivering a programme of billable work (projects) across a few key sites in the south west
• You will be working in a team of PMs reporting into the Senior Project Manager
• Delivering a range of Projects from Civils, CCTV, Refurbs/fit outs, M&E, Boiler replacements ranging from £25,000 – £4 million
• Identify opportunities to support the clients carbon reduction targets
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time in budget
• Work closely with contractors and authorised person’s on site
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within guild lines and compliant
• Work closely with the client and end user when required

Candidate :

• Previous experience as a Project Manager ideally for a FM Service Provider
• Experience within the built environment
• Qualifications within M&E or background with a trade such as Joinery and Carpentry
• Experience managing multiple projects at once of varying values
• Pragmatic, organised and task orientated
• Full UK drivers licence
