£45,000- £50,000 + Travel + Bonus


Mainstay have an exciting opportunity for an experienced contracts manager to join their growing business. The role is focusing on delivering mainly hard services with small amount of soft services. It is looking after high-end clients across the London region and would be ideal for a candidate with previous experience and who has experience dealing with high end portfolios.


Role – Contract Manager


  • Contract Manager for a high-profile site across London looking after small amount of Commercial and residential properties
  • You will be responsible for the Hard services delivery across all the sites and soft services where applicable
  • You will be dealing with the day to day performance and management of the contract ensuring all KPIS and SLAs
  • It will be your responsibility to manage staff appraisals and holiday sick along with disciplinary’s
  • You will be the main point of contact with the client and work closely to establish confidence and respond to needs of the end client with new strategy to improve performance across the whole team
  • Deliver high standards across the contract and motivate the team where needed
  • You will be working along side the projects team where need to ensure all projects are completed and managed within the strict budget and timelines
  • You will be working closely with the Senior Account Manager and Commercial Director



  • A Facilities management service provider who are rapidly expanding



  • Must have previous experience as a Contract Manager or similar role ideally within Facilities management
  • Hard services background with relevant technical qualifications
  • Previous experience working with high profile clients and residential highly desirable
  • You will be able to tackle any competencies issues face on while keeping the team engaged and motivated
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and standards
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
