Mainstay have an exciting new opportunity to join a leading service provider working on a large-scale blue-chip client in the Dundee area. This role is a great opportunity to join a business and up skill experience and skills with a provider who offer support and stability.

Role

• Multi skilled engineer covering a large site in the Dundee area working Monday to Friday 8-5/5:30
• General carpentry, door fixing and building work completing fabric tasks
• You will also complete basic plumbing work where needed and be able to turn your hand to various general maintenance such as floor tiling and painting
• As a multi skilled engineer you will be completing PPM and reactive work
• Dealing with all fabric issues across your sites and ensuring standards are high and completed to the service providers and client’s expectations
• Dealing with Healthy and safety and compliance across the site and spotting and dealing with issues where needed

• A leading Facilities Management service provider who offer great support and stability during these uncertain times. They specialise in Mechanical and Electrical building services across commercial contracts/sites.

Candidate

• City and guilds or NVQ Carpentry or other trades, electrical or Mechanical qualifications highly desirable
• Previous experience within a similar environment an advantage with FM service provider background
• Strong work ethic and desire to progress and build on existing experience with a desire to further their career
• Must be a good team player and able to work on their own or part of a larger team
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Good communication both verbal and written
