Mainstay have an excellent opportunity for a Quote Co Ordinator based in the midlands area. This is the chance to work for excellent business whose core values are teamwork, customer service and integrity.

You will work closely with the Senior Managers and Quantity surveyors and will have previous experience ideally within a similar background

Role

• As a quote coordinator you will be developing and managing the quote process in line with the contractual requirements. Review the suite of performance standards
• Ensure the CAFM system is up to date and is accurate for reporting purposes
• Send all price requests to the contractors using correct processes, coordinate and oversee the submission of quotes
• Liaise with clients to request feedback from quotes
• Work to an accredited environment, Quality Management system (EQMS)
• Sending purchase orders to contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all documents and they the fall in line with Financial regulations
• Working closely with senior management team and Quantity surveyors and communicate with internal teams
• Develop a strong relationship with contractors and supply chain

• A building consultancy who do construction, design and facilities management

Candidate

• Relevant qualifications within the Facilities management or building consultancy sector
• Previous FM service provider experience
• Previous experience within a similar role – 3 years minimum
• Good strong commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to understand and manipulate large complex spreadsheets
• Must be organised and able to prioritise workload and able to recognise problems and offer sound solutions
• Previous experience in developing fabric and M&E quotations for clients
