Mainstay are working with a bespoke Facilities Management business who are looking for a Transformation Manager who will drive the operational transformation of the cleaning services across various sites. This transformation with be across processes, people and operational improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company who values their staff and offers continued support. You will be working closely with Area Cleaning Managers and customers to deliver on commercial and contractual improvements across the region.

Role :

  • Manage the transformation across cleaning and grounds maintenance further down the line
  • Working across multiple commercial and some educational sites
  • Supporting a small management team of Area Cleaning Managers in driving change and transformation
  • Highlight and escalate any contractual or operational deviations identified within the service delivery
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams and senior internal stakeholders on people, processes and service requirements
  • Accountable for adherence to company policies and processes across all locations and ensuring that all colleagues operate in a safe manner and healthy working environment
  • Implementing appropriate communications, training and behavioural change solutions
  • Continually identify and analyse new areas for improvement and identify risks
  • Regular customer contact to ensure we are responsive and adaptable
  • Planning and managing team to ensure all contracts are fully supported
  • Ensure profit and loss for each account is analysed and savings identified where applicable

 

Candidate :

  • Previous experience within a similar role essential ideally within Facilities Management
  • Previous experience working for a Facilities Service provider and delivering change and transformation across soft services
  • Experience in drive change across multiple sites and teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with previous experience of account management P&L process
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to analyse and present information clearly
  • Client facing with strong customer service skills and client management
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to engage and empower teams to deliver hight level of service and standards
  • Great time management and ‘can do’ attitude
